Patients are more likely to stick to lifestyle changes if they feel in control. Signposting your patients to physical activity finders will enable them to choose activities they’ll enjoy.
We’ve created a toolkit packed full of resources to support individuals to get active. And, for extra support, we’ve created one to enable friends and family to help. These toolkits signpost to activity finders, apps and home workouts.
We’re encouraging local activity providers who deliver inclusive sessions to list their activities on Get Active.
