The Hampshire Talented Athlete Scheme supports athletes to reach their goals in Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games disciplines.
Our athletes are varied in their disciplines so we work closely with each National Governing Body (NGB) to make sure we’re giving the right support. We look at all sorts of factors to help us define this including national or international rankings, competition results for individuals or team selections. We aim to be as inclusive as possible. However, we can only provide for sports that have a clear pathway or are supported by an NGB.

The applications will be reviewed on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October. Physiotherapy cover starts one month after your application. Unfortunately, we can’t offer support for an existing injury and we can cover up to 6 appointments per injury.
