Thanks for applying for the Hampshire Talented Athlete Scheme (HTAS). We love supporting developing athletes to reach their goals and hope that our help goes a long way towards helping you achieve yours. Before we can offer you any support, we need to know a bit more about you and your sport.
Take a look at the Eligibility & Supported Sports notes before you get started. If you get stuck or have any questions please get in touch with Jake: email Jake.Hitchcock@energiseme.org
This form collects personal data that we need to process your application. Take a look at our Privacy Policy for full details and tick the box below to confirm you are happy with how your data will be used.
If you are under the age of 18 your parent should complete this section.
We have a few Ts&Cs for you to read through before you go. If you are successfully awarded HTAS support, it would be great if you could agree to help us as shown below:
1. Complete a HTAS profile and provide an electronic photo so that we can create a profile of you that may be used on the Energise Me website and your local authority website.
2. If you win a medal at a large championship or event, or where funding and support is discussed during a press engagement, mentioning the support from Hampshire County Council and Energise Me is a great way of letting other athletes know we’re here to help them.
3. We’d like you to be available for a maximum of 4 public appearances if needed. These may include: awards evenings, school-based visits, community sports events etc.
4. Sometimes we might need you to give us information for interviews for the promotion of the scheme and yourselves. This information will always be requested by a member of the Energise Me team.
5. We need to share your personal information with key service providers who help to administer our support schemes (leisure access cards, physiotherapy care etc.). We will never share your data with any other third parties without your permission.
All decisions and subsequent awards are at the discretion of the panel/Sports Development Officer (Performance).
We would also like to be able to share your name and achievements with local authorities for the purposes of their Sports Awards. We will only do this if you tick the box below to give your permission.
