Creative Writing Graduate, Bethany, is passionate about discrediting stereotypes for women in sports and showcasing that everybody has a story worth sharing.
After struggling to maintain a balanced relationship with exercise growing up, Bethany recently found her footing in Judo. Through this martial art, she was a part of the This Girl Can campaign at her university and has even competed locally in the sport. All of which, has given her a sense of empowerment she’d not known before.
Attempting to try something new, Bethany has started to go running and hopes to soon try outdoor swimming!
She also enjoys walking through the countryside and reading a good book.
