A Masters hockey star, Penny’s consultancy background and passion for sport make her a proactive head of Place-based development
Penny has worked in the leisure sector for over 15 years. She brings extensive experience from corporate, consultancy and Active Partnership roles.
Penny oversees the delivery of our externally-funded programmes, including Investing in Communities and Creative People and Places. She’s also our main geographical link for East Hampshire, Havant, New Forest and Winchester.
One of the most active members of our team, Penny has played hockey for England O45s. She’s also a keen runner, cyclist and golfer and would love to spend more time on the slopes.
