Good News From You

Every movement towards a more active life deserves celebrating. Your small step could be someone else’s big inspiration.

Whether it’s walking for 10 minutes, reaching out to a local club, or attending your first session, we want to share your good news with others.

Why Are We Collecting Good News?

We know people feel encouraged to move more if they see people like them already doing it. That’s why we want to showcase real experiences from local people just like you. Your good news could be a reminder that physical activity is for everyone.

What Counts As Good News?

Anything! However you have moved your body, whether for the first time or the hundredth time, is good news in our books. To give you some ideas, this could be:

  • Getting off a bus stop early to add some walking into your day
  • Stretching during lunch time
  • Increasing the time spent on your feet
  • Dancing to your favourite song in your living room
  • Trying a new class
  • Feeling better in your physical or mental health because of moving more

Whatever you’ve done to be more active, we want to know!

How Does It Work?
